ORDINANCE NO. 97-710, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING A COORDINATED 2017 POPULATION FORECAST FOR USE IN MAINTAINING AND UPDATING COMPREHENSIVE PLANS

State law requires that Metro coordinate with cities and counties to establish and maintain a population forecast for planning purposes. To satisfy this state requirement, this ordinance designates Metro’s 2017 Population Forecast as the coordinated population forecast for the region.

ORDINANCE NO. 98-721A, FOR THE PURPOSE OF AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 96-647C AND 97-715B TO REVISE TITLE 6 RECOMMENDATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR REGIONAL ACCESSIBILITY

Executive Officer Mike Burton has appointed Elaine Wilkerson as the new Director of the Growth Management Department, to replace John Fregonese who resigned on January 15, 1998. This resolution confirms her appointment as required by the Metro Code.
