TO REQUEST A RECORD: Please provide the Metro Archivist with the folder number you need and the length of time you will need the record. Your request will be submitted for transfer, and you will be notified when requested documents arrive at the Metro Regional Center. NOTE TO FILE: The contents of this box have been microfilmed (See Reels No. 616, 617 and 618). The Silver Master copies are stored at the Oregon State Archives Security Copy Depository (for disaster planning purposes). Working (diazo) copies are maintained in the Metro Archives, and can be accessed by contacting the Metro Archivist. NOTE: Many of the original attachments to the public record were removed from the meeting packets contained in this box and placed in the Land Use Decision Record - Urban Growth Report and Housing Needs Analysis. They will need to be copied and the originals returned to the meeting packet record. NOTE TO FILE: The old Iron Mountain box number [445581337] has been retired.
