TO REQUEST A RECORD: Please provide the Metro Archivist with the folder number you need and the length of time you will need the record. Your request will be submitted for transfer, and you will be notified when requested documents arrive at the Metro Regional Center. PLEASE NOTE: Executive Orders No. 1 - 86 have been microfilmed. [See Reel No. 279] In addition, see Reel No. 291 for oversized documents related to Executive Order No. 8 (Exhibit I) and Executive Order No. 79 (Exhibit D). Executive Orders No. 87 - 92 have been microfilmed [See Reel No. 514] The Silver Masters are stored at the Oregon State Archives Security Copy Depository (for disaster recovery purposes). Working (diazo) copies are maintained in the Metro Archives, and can be accessed by contacting the Metro Records Officer. NOTE TO FILE: The old Iron Mountain box number [184264071] has been retired.
