FULL TITLE: For the purpose of approving an intergovernmental agreement (IGA) between the City of Portland (City), acting by and through its Bureau of Environmental Services (BES), and the Metropolitan Exposition Recreation Commission (MERC) for participation in the City's Innovative Wet Weather Program (IWWP) for a stormwater green wall at the Portland Expo Center (Expo) and authorizing the General Manager of Visitor Venues to execute the IGA with the City.
