TO REQUEST A RECORD: Please provide the Metro Records Officer with the folder number you need (along with meeting date) and the length of time you will need the record. Your request will be submitted for transfer, and you will be notified when your requested documents arrive at the Metro Regional Center. NOTE TO FILE: The contents of this box have been microfilmed (See Reel No. 806). The Silver Master copy is stored at the Oregon State Archives Security Copy Depository (for disaster planning purposes). A working (diazo) copy is maintained in the Metro Archives, and can be accessed by contacting the Metro Archivist. NOTE TO FILE: The agendas for 2000 - 2003 include Word, PDF/A and TIFF versions. The agendas for 2004 - 2013 are PDF versions only. At some point in the future, PDF/A and TIFF versions should be created and entered into Content Manager. NOTE TO FILE: The old Iron Mountain box number [359584641] has been retired.
