The Development Vision for the Oregon Convention Center Blocks (OCC Vision Plan) is an action plan for the sixteen blocks adjuacent to the Oregon Convention Center in the Lloyd District of Portland, Oregon. The plan is an outgorwth of a previous study title The Lloyd District Development Strategy completed in July 2001. The OCC Vision Plan was commissioned by the Portland Development Commission (PDC) and Portland Buearu of Planning, and involved partnerships with a variety of individuals and organizations including the Metropolitan Exposition-Recreation Commission (MERC) and Mayer/Reed design consultants.
