FULL TITLE: 16-06: For the purpose of approving the Lease and First Lease Extension between the State of Oregon, by and through its Department of Transportation (ODOT) and the Metropolitan Exposition Recreation Commission (MERC), for vehicle parking in the parking lot under I-5 behind the Oregon Convention Center (I-5 Parking Lot) and authorizing the General Manager of Visitor Venues to execute the Lease.
